傳統Tshirt印花技術包括手工絲網印花、Tshirt紙轉印和燙畫紙轉印，這些傳統技術明顯存在很多不足與劣勢。手工絲網印花工序極復雜（從設計到印花完，大約有15道工序），對數量門檻（一般工廠起印量在500件以上）要求高；同時需要熟練工人，全部采用手工操作，出錯幾率大；同時只能印專色，無法印圖片。Tshirt紙轉印單件成本高（一張Tshirt紙零售在10元左右）；圖片效果無漸變色；處理后的衣服完全不透氣；耐洗性特別差，一般洗2－3次就基本看不清圖案了。燙畫紙轉印只適合大規模生產；大面積燙畫的話，導致衣服透氣性極差，耐洗性也不好。這些傳統印刷過程都要經過一道轉印工藝，圖案效果不僅很難保證，其中間產生的廢棄物，也極不環保。

The traditional T-shirt printing technologies ,including manual screen printing ,T-shirt paper and pyrograph transfer printing ,these traditional techniques are obvious disadvantage. Manualscreen printing procedure is very complex (from design to finished printing about 15 processes),and for quantity asking(generally above 500 pcs for factory first printing);At the same time need for skilled workers ,completely use of manual ,great error rates.It just can print color ,not picture .The high cost for one piece of T-shirt paper transfer printing (about10RMB for t-shirt paper retail); Picture performance haven’t graded color and be treated clothes completely airtight.it just can bear for 2 to 3 washing times .The pyrograph paper transfer printing is only suitable for large production,and if print large square of pyrograph will be lead to airtight and poor washing durable .
